You don’t have to face this alone
Change is possible, and closer than you think

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
If you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, phobias, depression, or overwhelming emotions, you don’t have to face it alone. Change is possible — often sooner than you think.
I work with individuals who want to break free from unhelpful patterns of thought, emotion, and behaviour, and move toward a steadier, more fulfilling life. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and always tailored to your unique needs.
What You Can Expect
Together, we’ll explore effective tools for:
- Managing anxiety, stress, or depression
- Building self-esteem and emotional balance
- Healing from trauma or loss
- Reducing the impact of phobias and panic
- Developing healthier ways to relate to yourself and others
Meet Your Therapist

I bring a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy, shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience. Important: I am not a medical doctor and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. My role is to provide psychological support through evidence-based therapies. If you are under psychiatric care or have epilepsy, you may need a referral letter from your doctor before beginning hypnotherapy.
